The HR Officer at Zenith Lesson is responsible for building and supporting the team that delivers excellent online learning. We recruit, onboard, and train passionate tutors, guiding them from the Probation Group to the Coaches Group. The role ensures all tutors meet our class expectations on punctuality, professionalism, engagement, and quality delivery. Through regular feedback, training, and coaching, the HR Officer helps tutors grow and perform at their best. This position also manages staff welfare, documentation, and communication between management and coaches. At Zenith Lesson, we believe great students start with great teachers, so the HR Officer plays a key role in maintaining teaching quality. Ultimately, the HR Officer helps us fulfill our mission: to change the educational trajectory of every student.
