We ensure every tutor is equipped with the tools, training, and guidance to deliver high-quality, engaging classes. The HR Officer monitors performance, upholds our class standards, and provides ongoing feedback to maintain excellence. We also support tutor welfare, handle HR documentation, and foster clear communication across the team. By building a positive and growth-focused culture, the HR Officer helps tutors thrive and stay motivated. In doing this, we ensure every student at Zenith Lesson receives the best possible learning experience.
